Introduction FrameAR (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a Shopify app that helps merchants generate AR previews of their products. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and store it, and what happens to that information when you uninstall the app or request deletion.

1. Information We Collect

When you install our app, we collect and store the following information from your Shopify store:

• Merchant contact information: your store name and contact email. This is used solely for communication related to your account, support, or important app notices.
• Store and product data: product titles, descriptions, prices, variants, and other product metadata available via the Shopify API. We collect and store all product data and images at installation so you can view and manage them inside the app.
• Product images: all product images from your store are collected and stored in our database when the app is installed.

Only when you enable a product for AR previews do we send that product’s images to our third-party processing providers to extract artworks, generate 3D models, and create AR previews.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the app’s functionality
• Display your products in the app so you can select which ones to enable for AR previews
• Generate AR preview assets for enabled products
• Communicate with you about support, updates, and app maintenance
• Improve and maintain the performance and reliability of the app

We do not sell or share merchant contact information with any third parties.
